Where we ship
We currently ship to 39 countries and regions. Tracked shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout after you choose your destination. If a country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.
Delivery after dispatch
These practical estimates are based on tracked, battery-compatible services and include a small buffer for normal carrier variation. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking
We will send a tracking link when your order is dispatched. The first carrier update may take a little time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Taxes, duties, and customs
Checkout shows the amounts currently collected by Plumimi for your destination. Any tax or duty shown as included or prepaid is based on the market settings displayed at checkout. Local authorities or carriers may still request information or collect charges that were not included at checkout.
South Korea: a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), beginning with P and followed by 12 digits, is required at checkout. The recipient name and phone number must match the details registered to that code.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before ordering. We may not be able to change it once preparation or carrier handoff has begun. Preparation and delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees.
