If your order arrives wrong, missing, or significantly damaged, please use our order support form and include your order number. We will review the issue and explain the next step.

What to include

Please keep the item and original packaging while we review your request. Clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product help us understand what happened. An unboxing video is welcome when available, but it is not required for a request to be reviewed.

Handmade character

Each Plumimi is finished by hand. Small differences in shape, color, surface, size, and painted details give every piece its own character and are not considered defects by themselves.

Returns and cancellations

Please contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility depends on the status of your order and applicable consumer law. Returned items should be complete, unused, undamaged, and suitably protected, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted and clearly stated. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights.
